John R. Lehman, Jr. 77, of Chambersburg, died on Sunday, November 16, 2008 in his home. Born on March 22, 1931 in Somerset County, he was a son of the late John R., Sr. and Ada Belle Umberger Lehman.
Mr. Lehman was a Tractor and Trailer driver, he was also a member of AMVETS Post 224, Landis-McCleaf Detatchment of the Marine Corps League, both of Chambersburg, PA, and American Legion post 612, St. Thomas, PA
He is survived by his wife of over 45 years, Shirley J. Blair Lehman, whom he married on December 31, 1962; three children, Randy L (and wife, Sharon) Lehman of Chambersburg, Lorena S. (and husband, Darryl) Borger of Lehighton, PA, and Robert E. (and wife, Jackie) Lehman of Chambersburg; one brother, Donald Ringler, and one sister, Anna Grove, both of Denver, CO; and six grandchildren.
Services and interment will be private. Arrangements by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
