Cremation is one of many options that can be selected as part of a funeral service. While a family may choose cremation for religious, cultural, philosophical, or economic reasons, it does not mean giving up time honored traditions of gatherings of family and friends for observances to commemorate a life that has been lived. To better serve a family that selects a cremation service, we began operating an on-site crematory at the Falling Spring Road facility in August of 2005. Being the only funeral home in the Chambersburg area with an on-site crematory allows us complete control over the cremation process and eliminates the need to transport a family's loved one to a crematorium located in another area and maintained by a third party. | |

- a traditional public visitation and service at the funeral home or church
- a private viewing with a service
- a private viewing only, or
- a memorial service
