Growing up around a funeral home often ensures an interesting childhood, although it may produce a rather un-interesting adult. Born in the Pennsylvania mill town of Roaring Spring, I lived most of my childhood life in Chambersburg. I took a six-year leave from Franklin County in the mid-90's to pursue some further formal education, first at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA, and then on to the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. I returned to Chambersburg in the fall of '99, and began my sometimes intriguing career as a fourth-generation Geisel funeral director. I am a member of the Chambersburg Exchange Club, George Washington Lodge 143 F&AM, and a number of other organizations. Among a number of hobbies, I enjoy golf, skiing, ... At the risk of sounding like I'm writing my own obituary, I'll stop here. I live in the borough of Chambersburg with my two German Shepherds, Asa and Jubal.
