Charles R. Bietsch, 80, of Chambersburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 6, 2011 in Manor Care Health Services. Survivors included a daughter, Pam Skelly; son, Mark Bietsch; grandchildren, Krystal and Kevin Skelly; and sister, Jessie Hutchison, and her family. He was preceded in death by a brother, Walter, and grandson, Ryan Bietsch. Private services will be held under the direction of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home.
