Charles McClure

Charles A. McClure, Jr., 78, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025, in his home. Born April 25, 1947, in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late Charles A. McClure, Sr. and Frances E. (Carey) McClure.

He was a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School with the Class of 1965. Charles was employed as a machine operator for 33 years with James River, Chambersburg until their closing. He then went on to work in sanitation for Knouse Foods, Chambersburg until his retirement. Charles enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by three children, Brian McClure (April) of Chambersburg, Kim McClure of Chambersburg, and Craig McClure (Ruth) of Orrstown, PA; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg.
