Dennis L. Welsh

Dennis L. Welsh, 77, of St. Thomas, PA, formerly of Waynesboro, PA, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at his home. He was born on September 7, 1948, in Waynesboro, PA. A US Army veteran, Dennis served honorably during the Vietnam War from 1965-68. He was employed as a machinist most of his life. Dennis is survived by children, grandchildren and several siblings.
