Diane Elizabeth Winsboro

Diane Elizabeth Winsboro, 80, of Chambersburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at her home. Born August 5, 1943 in Georgetown, Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late John Joseph and Elizabeth Owens Herrity.

Diane was employed as a nurse most of her life. A very social person, she enjoyed spending time with friends and family, going to parties and generally having fun. She also enjoyed going to the movies.

She is survived by three children, Lorraine Gehly (husband Art) of Sperryville, VA, Paul Winsboro of Laguna Beach, CA, and Anne Wisecarver of Burke, VA; seven grandchildren, Erik Reighard, Josh Reighard, Brian Winsboro, Nicole Winsboro, and Adam, Drew and Zoe Wisecarver; one great granddaughter, Nora Reighard; and her brother, Bobby Herrity of MS.; Aside from her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brother Jack Herrity, and her companion, Gunther Koch.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 29, 2024 in St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 2695 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17202 with Rev Chris Frey officiating.  There will be a time of fellowship with the family following the service.
