Donald L. Jones, 59, of Chambersburg, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at his home. Born March 3, 1956 in Chambersburg, he was a son of Esther Gelwicks Jones and the late Lee Jones.
Don was a 1974 graduate of CASHS. A U.S. Army veteran, Don served honorably for four years. He had most recently been employed as a diesel mechanic and enjoyed working on cars and watching westerns.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Jean Campbell Jones; two daughters, Jennifer Sollenberger of Chambersburg, and Charity Hamilton of St. Thomas; four grandchildren; and three siblings, Larry Jones of Lancaster, Ken jones of Fayetteville, and Peggy Shaak of S.C.
Funeral services will be private.
