Eleanor E. Whelan

Eleanor E. Whelan, 89, of Chambersburg, passed away at Providence Place Senior Living, Monday June 10th, 2024, with her children at her side. She was born August 27th, 1934 to the late Frank and Margaret Brookens in Fayetteville.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband William Whelan in 2006. She is survived by two children, Frances A. Guyton of Chambersburg and Michael Kneavel of Fayetteville; and one sister Helen B. Godshall.

Eleanor worked many years at Letterkenny Army Depot.
