Joan G. McKinstry, 98, of Waynesboro, PA, and formerly of Quincy, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025 in The Leland of Laurel Run, Waynesboro. Born on November 20, 1927 in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse J. Ghesquier and Wilhelmina Schmidt Ghesquier. She was the widow of Victor J. McKinstry Jr., who preceded her in death on February 10, 2008. Services are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg.
