Kevin E. Paul, Sr.

It is with profound shock and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Kevin Eric Paul, Sr. on August 28, 2026. Kevin was 43 years young, born in State College, PA, on June 4, 1983, he was the son of Cynthia Wagaman and Eric Paul.

Kevin was a husband, father, pap, uncle, brother, son, grandson, and cousin. Kevin built a life full of family and friends. He was always willing to help wherever he could and was a great listener and mentor to many. Growing up, he was a fierce protector, a partner in countless adventures, and a constant source of laughter. His hobbies included sports, building things, and figuring out the mechanics behind how things worked. Whether it was building cranes, fixing household items or cars, he was the go-to guy. Kevin would either fix it or find out how to get it done.

Kevin had a unique way of always making friends feel like family. He was very open-minded and accepting of others. He had an unwavering gift for staying busy. Kevin was a smart, hard-working, and selfless person. He always made time for his family, who looked up to him and loved him deeply. His generous spirit of always being helpful, making people around him smile and laugh, along with his integrity and leadership, has left an unbearable void in his family’s lives.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Cynthia Wagaman (partner Ken Keiner); father, Eric Paul (stepmother Darlene); paternal grandmother, Margaret Curfman; mother-in-law and father-in-law, May and Rick Stull; his beloved wife, Bridgett Paul; his children, Kevin Jr. (wife Clarice and their daughter, Freya), Daniel, Chance, Ronald, Trinity, and Elijah; sister, Kelsey (partner Emily); nieces, Alivia and Adalyn; brothers, Nathaniel and Ash; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kevin was predeceased by his pap, Ronald Walters; maternal grandmother, Jean Walters; paternal grandfather, Henry Paul; paternal step-grandfather, John Curfman; and stepfather, Ray Wagaman.

A service to honor Kevin’s life will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, September 4, 2026, in the Chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 with Rev. Dr. A. Robert Cook officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Friday afternoon in the funeral home.

A less formal Celebration of Life will also be held at noon on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Norlo Park, located in Fayetteville, PA, family and friends who wish to attend.

Although his life was cut tragically short, the love, light, and lessons he shared with us will forever remain. His love remains a guiding presence for those who knew him.

Kevin’s final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
