Leigh Price

Leigh W. Price, 73, of Chambersburg, passed away on Wednesday morning, May 1, 2024 at Mercy House of Chambersburg. Born September 18, 1950 in Bristol, CT, she was the daughter of late Blakely and Betty Botting Wilson.

A 1972 graduate of Wilson College where she earned her Bachelors in sociology, she then continued her education by earning her Masters Degree in counseling from Shippensburg University. A longtime realtor in the area, Leigh was most recently employed by Coldwell Banker. She was a member of Grand Point Church in Chambersburg, where she was a member of the Faithful Followers Sunday School Class. She also was a volunteer registrar for the Red Cross Bloodmobile. She was also a member of Tastefully Simple, as well as a 30+ year member of the Business and Professional Women/ Pennsylvania (BPW/PA). In her free time, she was an avid golfer, and enjoyed crocheting.

Leigh is survived by her husband of 51 years, David Price, whom she married on April 28, 1973; her sons, Cameron and Matthew Price, (spouse, Lisa); grandchildren, Luke, Levi and Lexi Price; and siblings, Gail Andersen and Sharonn Koger.
