Linda S. Helfrick

Linda S. Helfrick, age 71, of Fayetteville, PA, passed from this life on April 17, 2026. Born May 9, 1954 in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late David R. and Gladys E. Corwell Helfrick.

Linda attended Chambersburg Area Senior High School graduating with the Class of 1972. She then went on to earn her degree in Registered Nursing at Coatesville School of Nursing in 1977. She worked at various facilities around the state during her nursing career, retiring in 2012 with 27 years of service at the Chambersburg Hospital. Linda enjoyed reading, working crossword and word search puzzles, drawing and scrap-booking. For many years, she made handmade greeting cards for family and friends. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with family and friends and her beloved dogs over the years: Mick, Storm, Maroch and Kiaba.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her life partner, Robert M. Allison. She is survived by a sister, Dianne L. Helfrick of Fayetteville, PA.

Per Linda's request, there will be no public viewing or service. Cremation services are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA.
