Linda L. Lazar-Knaub, 63, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at her home. She was born on May 26, 1962, in Chambersburg, PA, to the late Richard Lee Bitner and Lois Ray (Cormany) Daugherty.
Linda was a 1980 graduate of CASHS where she was the Color Day Queen and then went on to earn her associate's degree in business. She was employed as a sales representative for various companies throughout her career. As a child and young adult, she attended Central Presbyterian Church in Chambersburg, PA. Her hobby was being a loving mother to her children. She would do anything to help anyone. She also enjoyed riding her bike on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Knaub, of Mechanicsburg, PA, with whom she was with for 18 years; daughter, Amber “Remy” Lazar, of Clarksville, TN; sons, Trevor Thomas and his wife, Taylor, of New Franklin, PA; Justin Thomas and his wife, Kaitlyn, of Chambersburg, PA; stepsons, Josh Knaub and his wife, Courtney, of Jacksonville, NC; Dylan Knaub of San Diego, CA; grandchildren Ryder, Brinsley, and Adler Lee; sister, Pam Beck, and her husband, Brad, of Fayetteville, PA; and many nieces and nephews.
At Linda’s request, services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity or organization of your choosing.
