Maureen M. Fiume

Maureen M. Fiume, 79, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital. She was born on March 25, 1947, in Pittston, PA to the late Orlando R. and Helen R. (Williams) Costello.

Maureen was employed as a teacher with the Chambersburg Area School District until her retirement. She was of the Catholic faith. She served as President of the Chambersburg Little League, when her son was growing up. In her free time, Maureen enjoyed watching TV.

She is survived by her son, Peter O. Fiume of Chambersburg, PA. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Peter P. Fiume.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
