Philip Roland Leclerc, 83, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on January 16, 2026, at Wellspan York Hospital. Born December 8, 1942, in Leominster, MA, he was the son of the late Roland and Irene Leclair Leclerc.

Early in his life, Philip owned his own restaurant. He was a manager of quality control for Ethan Allen Furniture and a woodworker by trade. In his later years he was employed as a bus driver for Lee County Florida School District, a job he enjoyed. Philip enjoyed saltwater fishing, and swimming at the YMCA in Chambersburg. He was a very handy person and was always busy with something.

Philip is survived by his wife of 31 years, Valerie K. Mangus Leclerc, whom he married on October 8, 1994. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Teresa Marie Robichaud Leclerc. Together they had five surviving children; Kevin Leclerc and Kathy Cranford, both of FL, Karen Wyman (husband Mike), Keith Leclerc, and Karl Leclerc (wife Theresa), all of NH. Also surviving are two stepchildren, Christi Buermann of FL, and Kelly Barnes of PA; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and two siblings, Yvette Belletete (husband Peter) of AR, and David Leclerc (wife Jane) of MA.

Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg, PA. Condolences and memories may be shared at geiselfuneralhome.com.
