Shirley K. Sites

Shirley K. Sites, 90, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2026, at her home. She was born on September 25, 1935, in Chambersburg, PA to the late Franklin and Cora M. (Friese) Kegerreis.

Shirley was a 1953 graduate of St. Thomas High School in St. Thomas, PA. She spent most of her adult life working as a Banquet Waitress at the Venice Inn in Hagerstown, MD. In her free time, she enjoyed tending to her flowers, feeding the birds, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald E. “Butch” Sites of Chambersburg, PA whom she married on July 3, 1971; daughter Nicole Barnett and her husband Daniel of Alexander, AR; daughter Tami Sanders and her husband Bobby of St. Thomas, PA; son Jody Shatzer and his wife Kelly of Chambersburg, PA; son Bryan Sites of Ft. Loudon, PA; son Lewis Sites of Roxbury, PA; 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 9 siblings as she was the last of her parents 10 children.

Graveside services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
