Susan Iannucci

Susan F. Iannucci, affectionately known as Sue, peacefully passed away at Menno Haven Rehabilitation on April 26, 2024. She was born on September 19, 1949 in New Haven, CT.

Susan was a proud graduate of Hamden High School in Hamden, CT. Susan led a fulfilling life as a dedicated secretary for many years, bringing her kind and compassionate nature to all she encountered. Susan will be fondly remembered for her love of spending time with family. She cherished the moments shared with her loved ones and had a special bond with her great-grand dog, Teddy. In her free time, Susan found solace in the simple joys of reading and being around animals. These hobbies brought her immense joy and fulfillment throughout her life.

Susan is survived by her loving daughters Sandra Ahlswede (husband Karl) of Cogan Station, PA, and Joanne Frick (Dan Daubert) of Waynesboro, PA. She is also survived by her granddaughter Jessica Daubert of Waynesboro, PA, and her brother Richard Fowler of VA. She was preceded in death by her beloved father John W. Shimeld, mother Fay K. Mullen Shimeld, and sister Shelley Wilson.

Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Chambersburg, PA.
