Timothy L. Gossert, 64, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at his home. He was born on June 27, 1961, in Chambersburg, PA to the late Wallace William, Sr. and Myrtle Pauline (Kline) Gossert
Timothy was a 1980 graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School and was previously employed as a laborer by Nitterhouse Concrete and Coldsmith Construction. He was a member at Christian Life Church in Chambersburg, PA and a past member and volunteer firefighter for New Franklin Volunteer Fire Department for over 40 years. In his free time, he enjoyed collecting toys, especially fire trucks and tractors, going to auctions, camping at Saunderosa Campground, and was an avid Baltimore Orioles fan and loved going to see them play at Camden Yards.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Gossert of Fayetteville, PA, whom he married on June 13, 1987; daughter Kaitlyn Workman and her husband Nicholas of Fayetteville, PA; grandchildren Wyatt Workman, Emberly Workman, and Levi Workman; brother John Gossert of Chambersburg, PA; mother-in-law Shirley Whitfield of Chambersburg, PA; and many nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers David E. Gossert and Wallace William Gossert, Jr. and a sister Pauline K. Gossert.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the Christian Life Church, 1400 Warm Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 with Pastors Nate Palisoc and Joe Pickens officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
