William E. Peters, 73, of Mercersburg, died Monday at home. The widower of Grace W. Shatzley Cook Peters, he is survived by 7 step-children, John, Ben, Kenneth, and Thomas Cook, Peggy Faust, Ruby Pentz, and Janet Bonner; 3 sisters; and 2 brothers. A memorial service will be held at 11AM Saturday January 19th at the Community Pentecostal Church, Chambersburg. geiselfuneralhome.com.
