Heavenly Father welcomed Yvonne “Kay” Summers into paradise on October 22, 2016. Kay was born September 3, 1942 in Mercersburg, PA. She was a daughter of the late Orland F. and Pauline E. Summers. Kay graduated in 1960 from Chambersburg Area Senior High School and attended BYU in Provo, Utah. She was of Christian faith.
Surviving are her sister Celia (Frank J. Jr.) Arrison, niece Lisa (Gerard) Rice, niece Julie (Steve) Mouse, nephew Scott J. Henderson (Stephanie Byers), niece Mahrya Henderson, and former husband and friend Ernest Bizzozero. In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by a brother Gregory R. Summers in 1970, a sister Beverly Summers Rote in 1980 and a nephew Brae Henderson in 2016.
Farewell service will be private, as Kay requested.
